1.During the generator running, rotor always collides with stator assembly, which results in friction so abnormal noise happens. In this case, it is suggested to duly check the collision cause for troubleshooting. In the event that the friction is serious, it is suggested to replace the generator. If such a fault occurs, there may be other faults, such as serious sway of ammeter and failure in recharging etc. Meanwhile, the generator will be overheated.
2.Bearings at both ends of the generator noise. It is mostly attributed to lack of bearing oil, or bearing damage. It is suggested to add lubricating grease in time or replace the bearings.
